Tajikistan

On the face of the earth, only a limited number of countries have a combinationof exceptional natural, historical and cultural values, which are located in Tajikistan. 

Itinerary

Day 1

SAMARKAND (UZBEKISTAN)- PANJAKENT (TAJIKISTAN ) 

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2.  A driver will meet you at your Samarkand hotel for transfer to the Jartepa border (50km, 1hr). After passing through customs, your Tajik guide and driver will meet you and drive to Penjikent (30km, 40min).​
  3.  Stop on the way at Sarazm, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The excavation site still holds intact structures of palaces, temples, altars, homes, city walls and paved roads.​
  4. Continue driving to Penjikent to tour the following: Republican Museum , Central Mosque and Olim Dodkhoh Madrasah, Penjikent Bazaar, Ancient Penjikent. 
  5. Free time in the evening. 
  6. Overnight at the hotel in Penjikent.


Day 2

PANJAKENT (TJ)

  1. Breakfast at hotel 
  2. After breakfast, we leave Dushanbe along the Varzob River to the north to the stunning Varzob Valley, on the way past the picturesque lakes, a trip to Iskandarkul Lake. Iskanderkul is one of Tajikistan's calling cards. Iskanderkul Lake is 130 km far from Dushanbe.  The name of the lake Iskanderkul 
  3. In addition to Lake Iskanderkul itself, there are several other attractions: Lake Snake, which is populated by many snakes due to the higher water temperature;  43-meter Falls “Fan Niagarа.
  4. After lunch Arrival at Saritag.  7 kilometers from Iskanderkule 2400 meters from sea level is a very beautiful place in the mountains that are  accessible  and clean night air around the campfire with soulful music and beautiful scenery in the sky that you can touch the stars with your hands. 
  5. Dinner at the guest house.  
  6. Overnight at the guest house. ​


Day 3

 DUSHANBE  (TJ) 

  1. Breakfast at hotel
  2. After breakfast return to Dushanbe. 
  3. Hotel accommodation 
  4.  Excursion to the central square of I. Somoni, the Banner Square,unch at the palace of the largest national teahouse in Central Asia "Kokhi Navruz". 
  5. Visit to Mehrgon market. Let's take a short walk through the oriental bazaar, where you can buy organic local fruits and vegetables  
  6. Overnight at the hotel in DUSHANBE.​

 


Day 4

Tour of Hissar and Dushanbe  

  1.    Breakfast in the hotel.
  2.   At 08:30 -  Travelling in hissar historical and cultural preserve 
  3.    12.00 departure from Hissar to Dushanbe Visiting the National Museum of Antiquities  of Tajikistan.
  4. Transfer to Hotel.

 


Day 5

Trip to Khujand city  

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2.  After breakfast, We are going  to  Khujand city through the Fann Mountains tunnels where snow doesn’t melt even in the middle of summer: You can admire the beautiful mountain scene.
  3. Hotel Accommodation
  4. Overnight in khujand.


Day 6

  TOUR  KHUJAND CITY (TJ) 

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. After breakfast, tour to Khujand city: Khujand.
  3.  Sightseeing program to Khujand includes: - Square of Pushkin, Square  of Kamoli Khujandi , the Archaeological Museum; -memorial complex of Muslihiddin (mosque and madrasah);-bazar (market) Panchshanbe- main center of the city, 
  4. Crossing the border Uzbekistan city Tashkent. 
  5. Overnight at the hotel in TASHKENT.​
