Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Tbilisi

Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, guests will be greeted by our representative and transferred to their hotel in Tbilisi.
 Check-in and leisure time to rest after the flight.
 Overnight in Tbilisi.


Day 2

Kakheti Culinary Experience & Wine Heritage

Breakfast at the hotel.
 Start the day with a scenic drive to the Kakheti region.

Badiauri – Bread & Cheese Tasting

Visit a traditional Kakhetian bakery where guests will observe and taste freshly baked shotis puri (clay-oven bread) alongside homemade cheeses.

Bodbe Monastery

Explore the peaceful Bodbe Monastery Complex, dedicated to St. Nino, offering breathtaking views over the Alazani Valley.

Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking (KTW Wine Factory)

Learn about Georgia’s 8,000-year-old winemaking tradition and enjoy a guided tour with wine tasting.

Sighnaghi – City of Love Tour

Walk through charming streets, enjoy panoramic views, and soak in the romantic ambience of this hilltop town.

Lunch in Sighnaghi – Kakhetian Cuisine

Guests will enjoy a rich Kakhetian-style lunch featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, such as:
 Vegetarian:

  • Chakapuli with mushrooms (herbed stew)
  • Mchadi with cheese (cornbread with local cheese)
  • Pkhalis assortment (spinach, beetroot, walnut pastes)
  • Salad with Kakhetian oil (cucumber, tomato, onions, kakhetian oil)

Non-Vegetarian:

  • Chakapuli (lamb stew with tarragon and green herbs)
  • Kakhetian mtsvadi (pork barbeque cooked on vine branches)

Return to Tbilisi after lunch.
 Overnight in Tbilisi.


Day 3

Transfer to Kutaisi & Imeretian Culinary Experience

Breakfast at the hotel.
 Begin a scenic journey to the western part of Georgia - Kutaisi, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Europe.

Kutaisi City Tour

The tour includes:

  • Bagrati Cathedral (exterior)
  • Colchis Fountain
  • Historic city center with its charming streets and market area

Lunch in Kutaisi – Imeretian Cuisine

Imereti is the home of some of Georgia’s most beloved dishes. Guests will enjoy a traditional lunch featuring:

Vegetarian:

  • Imeretian khachapuri
  • Lobiani (bean-filled bread)
  • Jonjoli salad (pickled sprouts)

Non-Vegetarian:

  • Chkmeruli (garlic chicken in milk sauce)
  • Imeretian Kupati (Pork Sausage)
  • Kuchmachi (fried liver and heart with spices)

Overnight in Kutaisi.


Day 4

Martvili Canyon & Megrelian Culinary Traditions – Transfer to Batumi

Breakfast at the hotel.

Martvili Canyon Tour

Enjoy the turquoise waters, scenic gorges, waterfalls, and (weather permitting) a relaxing boat ride through this incredibly beautiful natural wonder.

Lunch in Samegrelo – Megrelian Cuisine

Samegrelo is known for bold flavors, spices, and hearty dishes.

Vegetarian:

  • Elarji (creamy cornmeal with Sulguni)
  • Gebzhalia (traditionally made cheese with mint and matsoni)
  • Megrelian khachapuri (extra cheesy)

After lunch, depart toward the Black Sea coast and arrive in Batumi.
 Overnight in Batumi.

Lunch in Batumi – Adjarian Cuisine

Guests will enjoy authentic dishes from Adjara, famous for fresh dairy, hearty meals, and seaside specialties.

Transfer to Tbilisi & Departure
